As many of you know, lecturing just doesn’t cut it for very long anymore as you can see the interest level wane right before your eyes! Biscuit Brigade
I never realized how many varieties of biscuits existed before doing my own research for this assignment and demonstration! In the Biscuit Brigade activity, students explore and learn about ten different types of biscuits as they complete notes and answer clue questions. Let’s Get Stacked: Pancake Wars
In July I had the privilege of presenting at Missouri’s State FACS Conference!
