- How do you think they make it?
Instructions
- On the board or over head draw out how to properly cut the onion. See recipe link below.
Activity
- I have the whole class participate by setting up stations: cutting the onion, Egg Wash, Dredging, Frying, Dipping sauce.
- You could also have each lab group make their own.
