Homemade Baked Goods

  • Hospitality students cater district wide events and charge a fee to purchase food and supplies. This helps the district because they are paying  a fraction of the price compared to local food services and students are learning from the process.
  • Students are required to come dressed in a white collard shirt with a black bow tie and black dress pants and shoes. (I provide the bow tie).

  • When students sign up for my course they know ahead of time that ten hours of catering is required so I determine for each event how many students I need and I provide enough events that every student has the opportunity to get enough hours.
